For UK:
The website www.gov.uk/search-for-trademark lists protected trademarks. Please conduct a search to find out whether or not your title phrase has been registered as a trademark.

For USA:
A search for registered US trade marks can be carried out on the USPTO website. Please note that only applied for and registered ‘federal marks’ are displayed. Under US trade mark law, there are also ‘state marks’ and ‘common law marks’, some of which only come into existence through use and not through registration.

For EU, GB and USA:
The TMView database records trade mark applications from the entire EU and various other countries, including the USA. Please note that only “federal marks” are registered.
