Der Kalender ist mit 12 Vollbild-Motiven historischer Segelschiffe bestückt, die als Modell originalgetreu im Maßstab 1:50 nachgebaut wurden. Jedes Modell ist ein in Handarbeit entstandenes Einzelstück, vom Kiel bis zur Mastspitze. Alle Schiffsmodelle wurden vor weißem Hintergrund fotografiert. Die Originale der Segelschiffmodelle stammen allesamt aus dem 18. und 19. Jahrhundert.
